How it works

Thermotropic liquid crystals activate upon temperature changes to show your body temperature 20 to 30 seconds after putting on the ring.

For best results: Rotate the ring and long-press it with your thumb or second finger to warm and bring it up to your true, core body temperature.

Tip: Measure the inner diameter of one of your existing rings, and order the same size.

For example, using the above image showing a ring with an inner diameter of 20mm, you need to order Ring Size #10 (20mm inner diameter) or Ring Size #11 (21mm inner diameter).
