Q: Why won't the car climb sometimes?

A: Fully charge the car before use: turn the switch on the rear to "OFF", the charging cable will light red when charging, and the light will go out when fully charged.

Q: Why doesn't the car always work even when fully charged?
A: Check the car is paired to the remote control: first turn on the car, then the remote control. After successful pairing, the car will work normally.
