FAQs

Will it work when not plugged into the wall?
The clock doesn't have a built-in battery and needs to be plugged in (with supplied micro USB) to mains power/wall socket to wirelessly charge devices. Its internal battery only keeps the clock on when power is suddenly cut.

How to turn off power-saving "sleep mode"?
The power-saving mode puts the clock to sleep after a short period to help conserve electricity. To turn off power-saving mode, press the "down" button to display "onsd" or "--sd". "onsd" turns on power-saving mode, "--sd" turns off power-saving mode.

How to cancel the alarm?
Press the corresponding alarm mode, and press the "down" key, it will display "onA1" or "--A1", and "--A1" will turn off the alarm.
